Nothing like the magic of seeing life through your child’s eyes… walked out of @costco yesterday to Adelaide’s first time experiencing snow!! too cute to not keep on the feed 😭🫶🏼

Next step is to get in her snow suit and go outside to play!! Luckily we live in the Midwest so we have tons of opportunities for this through like April 🤦🏻‍♀️ ❄️

SAVE FOR THE HOLIDAYS 🎄 This Cheesy Pesto Tear

SAVE FOR THE HOLIDAYS 🎄 This Cheesy Pesto Tear & Share Christmas Tree is the perfect treat to share with friends and family! It’s only 5 ingredients & takes less than 30 mins to make! I made mine gluten free, as well.

INGREDIENTS:
2 cans crescent rolls (use gluten free rolls if desired)
3 tbsp cream cheese
3 tbsp green pesto
2 handfuls mozzarella cheese
1 egg for egg wash

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 F & line a baking sheet with baking paper.
2. Mix together your cream cheese and pesto in a bowl. Then spread over the first layer of crescent rolls (formed into a Christmas tree shape). Place second layer of crescent rolls on top.
3. Cut branches into both sides of tree.
4, Twist each branch a few times.
5. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
7. Transfer to a serving board and enjoy!

Who's coming over for holiday mocktails?! 🥂 I'm pregnant this holiday season, but still don't want to miss out on the fun drinks! So Austin & I tested this recipe today and it is amazing!

POMEGRANATE PEAR MOCKTAIL MULES (serves 4)
- Mix 1 cup pomegranate juice with 2 cups pear juice
- Pour into mule mugs
- Top with seltzer water
- Garnish with thyme leaves and pomegranate seeds

I would also add ginger beer (non-alcoholic of course!) next time for extra zest. Making these again for Thanksgiving next week! Let me know if you make them, too.

Save for Christmas morning breakfast! We loved this healthy, holiday spin on pancakes 🥞🎄

We used the @kodiakcakes pancakes mix to add protein, and then bananas for the beard, strawberries & whipped cream for the hat and nose, and chocolate chips for the eyes 🎅 Very easy to make and my toddler and little sister both loved them!
